Fit & size guide +
Choose by hand circumference. The knuckle pad should stay centered and the finger openings should not pinch; size up if the fabric is overstretched before wrapping.
Care +
Fasten the tabs before hand washing in cool water. Air-dry flat and keep away from direct heat.
Before training +
Inspect the product and all closures before use. Combat-sports equipment cannot eliminate injury risk; train under qualified supervision and follow your gym or governing-body requirements.
