Fit & size guide +
8–10 oz suits lighter pad sessions, 12–14 oz is a versatile training range, and 16 oz adds padding for partner work where permitted. Follow your coach’s sparring requirements.
Care +
Wipe the shell and lining after each session, open the cuff, and air-dry completely. Never leave damp gloves sealed in a gym bag.
